Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower Choose a firm, fresh one.
  • 2 cups Flour All-purpose or gluten-free almond flour.
  • 2.5 cups Milk Any kind, dairy or non-dairy preferred.
  • 0.5 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce Classic hot wing sauce.
  • 0.5 cup Honey Balances the heat.
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Works with honey for sweetness.

Spices

  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes For more heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the cauliflower in half and then into even florets.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour and spices.
  • Mix in the milk until you achieve a smooth batter.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and shake off any excess.
  • Arrange the battered florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cooking

  • Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • While they cook, in a small bowl, mix Frank's sauce, honey, and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Once the cauliflower is golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss in the sauce until coated.

Serving

  • Serve the cauliflower wings hot, optionally with ranch dressing, carrots, and celery.

Notes

For best results, prep the florets and batter ahead but cook fresh. Can reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes. Leftovers stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
