  • 350 grams Chicken Breasts (skinless, boneless) At room temperature is ideal.
  • 1.5 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Magic blend for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds smokiness and color.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor.
  • 1.5 tablespoon Mayonnaise Adds moisture and binding.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Balances savory elements.
  • 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Provides the crunch.
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan Enhances flavor of crust.
  • 2 tablespoons melted Butter For brushing before frying.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and slice into ½ inch slices, then cut slices into 1-inch cubes.
  • Combine chicken cubes with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a bowl, mix well and let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan.

Cooking

  • Coat each marinated chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat well on all sides.
  • Arrange the nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
  • Brush melted butter on both sides of each nugget, flip them bottom side up and air fry for another 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately for the best crispy experience.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like honey mustard or barbecue. Perfect with a side of sweet potato fries or veggies.
