  • Spread the cheese: Grab a large plate or a small platter and spread the Alouette cheese in the center, leaving about a ¼ inch around the edge clear.
  • Add the tomatoes: Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
  • Top with basil: Sprinkle the fresh basil over the tomatoes to add color.
  • Drizzle the glaze: Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth across the plate.
  • Serve with your favorites: Enjoy with pita chips, crackers, or thin baguette slices.

Notes

Make ahead of time and store in the fridge but avoid adding glaze until ready to serve.
