  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Use your favorite bottling or make your own with hot sauce and melted butter.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Mix both cheeses for extra flavor.
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough Use classic dough for the best texture.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped Chopped cilantro or parsley can be used as alternatives.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to enhance flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and sealing the edges.
  • Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with dips like ranch or blue cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for three months.
