  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Let it sit out to soften for mixing.

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Use fresh herbs for more flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential for enhancing flavors.

Dough and Topping

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough Saves time and provides fluffiness.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For brushing on top before baking.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional) Adds color and a fresh note.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to seal it and shape it into a ball.
  • Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness. Freeze before baking for up to 2 months.
