Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn Canned or frozen works, just drain it well if using canned.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Add gooey, melty cheese flavor.
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper Adds color and sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions For freshness and flavor.
  • 1-2 pieces jalapeƱos, diced Optional for spice; adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds depth of flavor.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in the corn, shredded cheese, diced red bell pepper, green onions, and jalapeƱos, if using.
  • Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well until everything is nicely combined.

Chilling

  • Transfer the mixture to a colorful serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let flavors mingle.

Serving

  • Serve with crunchy tortilla chips or fresh sliced vegetables.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Not recommended for freezing as texture may change.
