Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and place them in a baking dish with space between each piece.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and is caramelized.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight to enhance flavor. Pair with jasmine rice or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
