Preparation

  • Preheat your kitchen and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well blended.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with red and green sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
