Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, egg, and milk. Mix gently.
  • Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  • Cook them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for about three days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to a month. When reheating, use a low power setting in the microwave or an air fryer at 350°F.
