Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss until completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
  • Season the skewers lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve warm.

Notes
