  • 3 cups Tortilla chips Look for thicker chips that can handle the toppings.
  • 1/3 cup Black beans Canned, rinsed well for convenience.
  • 1/4 cup Olives Sliced; use green or black.
  • 1 Jalapeño (sliced) Use pickled if you prefer milder heat.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Colby Jack) Feel free to experiment with cheese blends.
  • 1 Roma tomato (sliced) Adds sweetness and acidity.
  • 1 Avocado (sliced) Adds a creamy texture.
  • Sour cream Dollop on top for tang.
  • Chopped cilantro Enhances flavors and adds color.

Preparation

  • Add tortilla chips to the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly.
  • Top the chips with black beans, olives, jalapeños, and shredded cheese.

Cooking

  • Set your air fryer to 350°F and cook for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  • Let them cool for a moment before topping with sliced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm straight from the air fryer. Serve on a large platter for sharing. Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
